All contestants must be a member of the UNBA.   The membership fee is $40.00 per year.

Contestants must be five (5) years drug-free.  Contestants will be polygraphed.

Class divisions are determined by height.

The promoter reserves the right to change any class if necessary.  Final classes will be determined by the number of entries.

Eligibility
Novice contestants must not have won any overall contest except in the teen class.  Contest open to all natural competitors.

Awards
All Competitors will receive an Award.

Posing Suit
Posing suit must be a solid color.  No thongs allowed.

Fitness Rules

Pageant open to all fitness competitors.  The pageant consist of a routine round, swimsuit round, and interview round. The top ten in each class will advance to the National.

Ms. Bikini America
The Ms. Bikini America pageant will consist of a 2-piece swimsuit round, sportswear round and an interview round.

Bikini Classic Division - 35+
The Bikini Classic Division - 35+ will consist of a fitness round and an interview round.

Model America
Consist of a swimsuit round, sportswear round, and clubwear round.

Figure America
Consist of a 2-Piece Swimsuit Round
